1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PK78 ("PK78", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at pk78.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content provided therein.

PK78 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, and sports wagering markets. The platform is operated in accordance with applicable international licensing and regulatory frameworks. PK78 does not claim licensing, regulatory approval, or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of the device used to access PK78 or the location from which access is made. Users in Pakistan must independently satisfy themselves that their use of this platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This document does not constitute legal advice.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PK78.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on PK78 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the platform supports.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or non-withdrawable funds credited to your Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, game titles, interfaces, and other materials available on or through the platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, or other wagering product made available through PK78.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the platform to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds, where applicable).
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the platform is prohibited under applicable law or the operator's own policies.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that Bonus can be processed.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account Balance to an external payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to PK78 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction ("Minimum Age"). By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet the Minimum Age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.

PK78 implements age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person below the Minimum Age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Meeting the age requirement alone does not guarantee the lawfulness of gambling activity under all applicable laws.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using PK78 is lawful in your jurisdiction. PK78 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Online and remote gambling may be subject to additional or different legal provisions. By using the platform, you confirm that you have independently verified your legal right to do so.

Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on PK78. The platform reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on PK78. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You may not open or operate an Account on behalf of another person. Corporate, syndicate, or group account registrations are not permitted under standard user terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of PK78, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

PK78 is obligated to verify the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the platform's AML/KYC policies. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the platform's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify PK78 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. PK78 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

PK78 supports deposits through various payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time. References to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references to the type of local payment infrastructure the platform is designed around. Actual deposit method availability is governed by the operator's current payment processor agreements and may change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Minimums and Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. PK78 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Deposits may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected.

5.3 Currency

Account balances and all transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment processor level is outside PK78's direct control, and the platform is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Refused Deposits

PK78 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or AML concerns are identified, where payment verification cannot be completed, or where the deposit would result in an Account balance that exceeds applicable limits.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your Account are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements on any Bonus Funds; (c) no outstanding compliance holds or investigations on your Account; and (d) a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in your Account dashboard.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform, which vary by payment method. PK78 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times are subject to payment processor timelines, KYC verification status, and internal compliance review. PK78 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general policy, PK78 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically and operationally possible. This requirement is part of the platform's AML controls and fraud prevention procedures.

6.4 Taxes and Deductions

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or withdrawals in your jurisdiction. PK78 does not withhold taxes on behalf of users unless required to do so by applicable law. Users in Pakistan should independently seek tax advice regarding any applicable obligations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by PK78 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are typically subject to a Wagering Requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, expiry period, and any game contribution weightings are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

PK78 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent; colluding with other users to jointly exploit promotional offers; or using automated tools to exploit promotions.

7.4 Promotional Eligibility

PK78 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are intended for recreational players and PK78 may exclude users from specific promotions based on account history, play patterns, or geographic considerations.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Results and Fairness

Casino game outcomes on PK78 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes under the supervision of professional dealers and independent auditing where required by the platform's software provider agreements. PK78 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket markets covering Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL/T20 leagues, ICC tournaments, and other international events, are subject to the platform's Sports Betting Rules as published in the help centre. Key provisions include:

• Bets accepted prior to the scheduled event start time are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to any applicable palpable error policy
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of PK78 and may be suspended without notice during events
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for the relevant sport
• PK78 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in odds has occurred
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply as specified in the Sports Betting Rules

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, market, and user account tier. PK78 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any account at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PK78 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are below the Minimum Age
• Using the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such instances must be reported to support immediately
• Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse
• Money laundering or any other financial crime
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PK78 staff or other users
• Circumventing any technical restrictions, geo-blocks, or access controls imposed by PK78

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by PK78

PK78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent activity; (c) an AML or compliance investigation requires it; (d) the continued operation of the Account poses a legal or reputational risk to the platform; or (e) any other reasonable cause exists at the platform's discretion.

10.2 Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access PK78 ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property provisions, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Responsible Gambling

PK78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. Available tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings and through the customer support team.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PK78 platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, game content, trademarks, logos, and written materials, are owned by or licensed to PK78. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of PK78 beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content on the platform without the prior written consent of PK78. Unauthorised use of PK78's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability

PK78 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. PK78 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

13.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK78's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Exclusions

PK78 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; or any losses arising from events outside PK78's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or the actions of third-party payment processors.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PK78 holds its operating licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law in the user's own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your own country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, and that this clause does not constitute a waiver of any rights you may have under applicable Pakistani law.

15. Amendments to Terms

PK78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of PK78 following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 above.
